Does rotation change PDF quality?
No image re-encoding is performed. eggPDF changes page rotation metadata and saves a new PDF, so text and vector content are not intentionally rasterized or recompressed.
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Use Selected pages, choose one or more page previews, then rotate the selection 90° left or right. All pages remains available as a faster whole-document shortcut.
